Tandridge Photographic Society receives awards for All grant for digital imaging Tandridge Photographic Society has been awarded a grant of £4,050 by the Awards for All programme for 2006 to provide the Society with digital imaging equipment to enhance and expand its activities for the benefit of its membership and the wider community within Tandridge.
The provision of a digital data projector and laptop computer equipped with imaging software will enable Tandridge Photographic Society to increase the number of educational sessions within its annual programme and improve the interactivity of its practical demonstration evenings. All these activities are open to Society members and visiting members of the public who are enthusiastic and interested in photography at any level.
Gerard Mulryan, Chairman of Tandridge Photographic Society, said “This grant will enable us to introduce digital imaging to a greater number of our members and visitors to the Society as well as provide an opportunity to share our photography more conveniently with a wider audience via digitally projected displays.”
